國內購貨成本為每只50元人民幣，國內其它費用總計為5000元人民幣，我公司的預期利潤為10％。該產品紙箱裝，每箱20只。從裝運港至悉尼的海運費為每箱20美元。海運出口保險按CIF價加一成投保一切險、戰爭險，費率為0.8％。（匯率１：８.２６）
２、 某公司出口餐具，設出口總成本為每打人民幣8.27元，出口價為CIFC3%紐約每打3.80
美元。已知每打運價為0.35美元，保險費每打為0.02美元，試計算餐具的換匯成本，本此交易是否合算？

1、我C公司于２０００年7月16日收到法國巴黎D公司發盤：”馬口鐵500公噸，每噸545美元ＣＦＲ中國口岸，8月份裝運，即期信用證支付，限20日復到有效。”我方于17日復電：”若單價為500美元ＣＦＲ中國口岸可接受500公噸馬口鐵，履約中如有爭議在中國仲裁。”法國D公司復電“市場堅挺，價格不能減，仲裁條件可接受，速復。”此時馬口鐵價格確實趨漲。我方于19日復電“接受你16日發盤，信用證已由中國銀行開立，請確認。”但法商未確認并退回信用證。
試問：(1)合同是否成立，為什么？(2)我方有無失誤？
２、我某出口公司與外商就某商品按ＣＩＦ、即期信用證付款條件達成一項數量較大的出口合同，合同規定11月裝運，但未規定具體開證日期，后因該商品市場價格趨降，外商便拖延開證。我方為防止延誤裝運期，從10月中旬起即多次催開信用證，終于使外商在11月16日開來了信用證。但由于該商品開證太晚，使我方安排裝運發生困難，遂要求對方對信用證的裝運期和議付有效期進行修改，分別推遲一個月。但外商拒不同意，并以我方未能按期裝運為由單方面宣布解除合同，我方也就此作罷。請分析我方如此處理是否適當，應從中吸取哪些教訓？
